招收自费全日制攻读硕士、博士学位研究生。
二、招生专业
我校公布的云南大学硕士研究生招生简章、博士研究生招生简章所列专业均可招收外国留学生。查询网址：http://www.sie.ynu.edu.cn
三、报考条件
1.品德良好，愿意遵守中国的法律、法规及云南大学校纪校规，尊重我国的社会公德和风俗习惯。
2.身体健康状况符合国家教育部颁布的“外国来华留学生健康检查标准”。
3.申请来华攻读硕士、博士学位者，还需满足以下条件：
①来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位；
②来华攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位；
③汉语水平考试（HSK）原则上通过五级以上。
四、申请办法
1.(1)根据校际间或两国其他部门间的交流计划拟来华攻读研究生学位者，按校际或其他部门间达成的协议办理申请手续;(2) 在国外或已在华的符合入学资格的个人，可以在云南大学官网（www.ynu.edu.cn）上“留学云大”端口采取网络报名方式进行报名或现场报名等方式直接向我校国际学院外联部办公室提出申请。
2.申请者应缴验的材料
①《云南大学外国留学生硕士、博士入学申请表》。
②《外国人体格检查记录表》复印件，原件自行保留。
③ 经过公证的中文或英文最高学历学位证明；应届毕业生可提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明及相应的中文或英文公证文件。
④ 在华学习或研究的详细计划书（不少于800字，中文或英文书写）。
⑤ 两名教授或副教授的推荐信（中文或英文书写）。
⑥ 所发表文章的复印件。
⑦ HSK汉语水平证书复印件。
⑧ 本人护照复印件。
五、申请时间及地点
1.每年6月20日前申请材料报送云南大学国际学院外联部办公室。
2.现场报名和邮政地址：中国云南省昆明市翠湖北路2号云南大学国际学院(南学楼323办公室)。
六、录取
国际学院收齐报名材料后进行初步审查，审查合格学生材料转交研究生院，研究生院负责联系各研究生培养单位，根据考生的申请材料综合审查后提出拟录取意见反馈国际学院，国际学院确定录取人员名单,并发放录取通知书和JW201表（或JW202表）。录取时间一般在每年六月份和七月份。
七、入学报到
被录取的来华留学研究生持普通护照、录取通知书和JW201表（或JW202表）和《外国人体格检查记录》到中国大使馆申请来华留学签证报到。入学报到具体时间及要求以发出的“入学须知”为准，新生报到时，应向国际学院留学生服务中心办公室出具上述文件。
如有特殊原因不能报到者，须以书面形式提前向国际学院（电话:+86-871-65033166)请假，无故逾期两周不报到者，将取消其入学资格。
八、住宿安排
住宿由国际学院留学生服务中心办公室按照留学生报到情况协调统一安排。（电话：+86-871-65032026。）
九、学习年限
我校研究生实行弹性学制，硕士学习年限一般为2-4年，最长不超过5年；博士学习年限一般为3-5年，最长不超过6年，具体培养方案由各研究所培养单位制定后报云南大学研究生院审定。
十、收费标准
1.报名费
600元/人，未被录取或放弃录取资格的考生，该项费用不予退还。
2.学费
学术型专业硕士研究生：8000元/人/年，专业学位专业硕士研究生：8000元--12000元/人/年。
博士研究生学费标准：博士10000元/人/年。
外国留学生应按照国家教育部和学校规定向学校缴纳学费。学费按学年收取，于开学注册前缴纳，也可按学制一次缴纳。
3.住宿费（按学年一次性收费，含水电费）
单人间900元/人·月； 双人间450元/人·月；
三人间300元/人·月； 四人间225元/人·月；
外国留学生的住宿费可于每学期初按年一次全部收取。
4.保险费：600元/人/年 或800元/人/年，按照国家规定缴纳。
5.居留许可费：400元/人/年，按照国家规定缴纳。
6.健康证费用：450元/人/年
十一、培养
来华留学研究生培养采取导师负责制。导师根据学科、专业培养方案与留学生一起讨论制定个人培养计划，经学院主管审查后备案。培养环节与中国研究生相同，根据留学生的特点可减免部分课程（如政治、社会实践等），外语课安排一定程度的汉语课（中国概况、公共汉语等）。
十二、学位
外国留学生攻读我校全日制硕士学位、博士学位，通过研究生课程考试和论文答辩后，达到我国硕士、博士研究生学位要求的，颁发硕士、博士研究生毕业证书并授予硕士、博士学位。
十三、其它
1.留学生的日常工作由我校国际学院留学服务管理中心负责。
2.留学生办理来华手续所需费用自理。
3.本规定由学校国际学院负责解释。

III.Qualifications
1.Being of good character, obeying Chinese laws, observing Yunnan niversity'sregulations, and respecting Chinese customs and public morals.
2.Health condition conforms with the "Health Examination Standards of Foreign Students" issued by the Chinese Ministry of Education.
3.Students who apply for master's or doctoral degrees need to meet the following requirements:
① A master's degree candidate should have been awarded a bachelor degree;
② A doctoral degree candidate should have been awarded a master's degree;
③ Chinese meets HSK level 5.
IV.Application Methods
1.(1) A Students who intend to study in China through exchange plans made by the two universities or other institutions of the two countries should apply according to the agreements; (2) Students who stay in China or abroad and meet the qualification of application can apply on line (“Study in YNU” at www.ynu.edu.cn) or directly to the International Programs Section ,School of International Education.
2. Applicants need to submit three copies of the following materials:
①"Yunnan University Application Form for International Postgraduate Students ";
②A copy of the "Foreigner Physical Examination Form";
③Notarized Chinese or English degree certificate of the most advanced studies. Students who will graduate this year should provide "Study Certificate" given by their home universities and its Chinese or English notarization;
④A detailed proposal for your study or research at Yunnan University (no less than 800 words and written in Chinese or English);
⑤Two recommendation letters given by professors or associate professors (in Chinese or English);
⑥Copies of your published articles or papers;
⑦ Copy of your HSK level certificate;
⑧ a photocopy of the passport;
V.Application Time and Site
1.Submit application materials before the 20th JUNE every year.
2.The application documents can be submitted to the office by the applicant or an entrusted person.
